Please note: Once you receive the Lease Application form back (mail, email or you stop by and pickup application packet from us), you will need to provide the items outlined below to start the actual application process. Once we receive all the items, including the $50 application fee, we will begin processing your request which can take 3-7 business days for us to complete our process.

2. Valid Photo I.D.
3. Copy of current bank statement
4. Copy of two current pay stubs or proof of income
5. $50 Check or Money Order made out to: Sherloch Forest Apartments

Once you have completed the form, you can either mail the form to us or drop it off at our office
Note: If no one is available or it’s after hours, you can insert your application in the DROP BOX to the left of the Office entry door.

C) Stop by our office and pick up our application form. Note please call ahead to verify our availability in case we are assisting existing tenants
